This second design had the registration number to the left of the logo, and "Clean Special Fuel" screened at the bottom in mixed case letters. The original 400th Anniversary issue started at JAA-nnnn and ran with a forward progression to KCW-nnnn. The original plain passenger series with the state name in blue has returned with the same backwards issue as before. The "Jamestown: America's 400th Anniversary" is no longer being issued.
